  • Morning: 08:00 – 12:00

  • Noon: 12:01 – 15:00

Delivery Fee & Arrangement

  • Each order includes one delivery service only. If you require delivery to multiple addresses or dates, please place separate orders.

  • Please double-check that the recipient information is accurate and complete before placing the order. Ensure that the recipient is available during the chosen time slot to avoid re-delivery or additional fees.

Delivery Policy & Responsibility

  • If delivery fails due to unanswered calls, recipient not at home, or incorrect address, the product will be returned to our shop. The sender will be notified and can choose to pick up the item in-store. A re-delivery fee will apply if a second delivery is requested.

  • If someone other than the recipient will be signing, please indicate this clearly in the remarks when placing the order.

  • The shop is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Delivery Time & Limitations

  • General floral delivery times are as listed above. If you require other specific times, please contact our customer service in advance to confirm availability.

  • Deliveries are arranged based on the order sequence in our system. Exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed.Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or logistics issues.

  • Delivery service is only available for selected districts in Kaohsiung City. If delivery is not possible due to incorrect area selection, returns and refunds will not be accepted.

  • For deliveries to schools, hospitals, office buildings, etc., please ensure the recipient is available to sign. If third-party collection leads to disputes or failed delivery, the shop will not be held responsible.
