Return & Exchange Policy ｜ Kaohsiung Florist Reminder

Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for choosing our floral products. To protect your rights, if you receive an item with any of the following issues, please take photos or videos as proof within 12 hours of receipt, and contact us by phone or through customer service. We will assist you promptly with return or exchange arrangements:

  • Severe product damage

  • Incorrect floral materials used

  • Contents clearly different from your order

Please Note: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  1. All floral arrangements are handcrafted. Due to the natural differences in flowers, slight variations in size or appearance may occur. The actual product shall prevail.

  2. Our floral products are designed primarily based on the main flowers listed on the website. In cases where filler flowers or foliage are out of stock or not in season, we will replace them with equivalent and stylistically similar seasonal materials to ensure the overall beauty and quality of the arrangement.

  3. Actual product colors may vary slightly due to different screen settings.

According to Article 19, Paragraph 2 of the Consumer Protection Act and related regulations, the following conditions are not eligible for the 7-day cooling-off period. The florist also reserves the final right to approve or decline order cancellations:

  • Floral products are perishable items with a short shelf life. They are not eligible for the 7-day return policy and cannot be resold once returned.

  • Customized, urgent, or pre-ordered products require advance preparation of flowers and design; therefore, cancellations or returns are not accepted.

  • For items uncollected after the pickup deadline, resulting in return or spoilage, the shop reserves the right to request full compensation for losses.
