The special colored roses sold in our store (such as blue roses and black roses) are all made from fresh roses that have been specially dyed for floral art. They are not naturally cultivated colors, so the color concentration and distribution may vary slightly.

We will not proactively provide photos of finished products before shipment. If you require it, we are happy to assist. Please contact us via our official LINE: @kaohsiungflorist after placing your order and we will take a photo and send it back to you for confirmation.

The main flowers in the bouquet will remain the same as shown in the product photo. However, foliage, vases, or wrapping paper may vary slightly due to seasonal changes or supplier availability. In such cases, we will make minor adjustments using flowers and materials of the same color scheme, size, and value to ensure the overall style and quality remain consistent. The blooming period of flowers varies depending on temperature, variety, and weather, and is approximately 5 to 10 days. Winter blooming is longer than summer blooming. To prolong the beauty and freshness of flowers, please refer to the following care methods:

Placement environment

• Avoid direct sunlight and place the flowers in a cool and ventilated indoor space.
• Avoid places near air-conditioning vents, electrical appliances, or hot and humid places.

Water changes and pruning

• Replace the water in the vase every 2 to 3 days and clean the vase at the same time.
• When changing the water, use floral scissors to cut the flower stems diagonally about 1 cm to help them absorb water.
• Do not soak the leaves below the flower stem to prevent rot.
• Regularly trim dead leaves, yellow petals, and rotten stems to keep the overall look fresh.

Special instructions for bouquets

• There is a water bag at the bottom of the bouquet, so there is no need to pour out the water.
• Water can be added every 2 to 3 days to ensure that the water bag remains moist.
• If you want to extend the life of the flowers, please put the bouquet in a vase for viewing. It is recommended to remove the packaging , loosen the flowers, re-cut the stems and change the water .
• After each water change, remember to cut the flower stems again and remove withered petals and leaves .
